I can not stress how important it is to take your time and look for the best place to photograph from. Letting nature frame your shot with some trees or bushes can enhance your photo. If you find yourself photographing a wedding where there are trees, try framing the happy couple with the branches to get an arch effect.
Always make sure your foreground and background are free from clutter, even if you have to trim a few branches. Of course, do not trim anything on private property.
I found photographing the Golden Gate Bridge to be a bit difficult. I waited 6 hours for the fog to lift, and I had no intentions of leaving until I got the shot that I wanted. Be aware that patience can determine the quality of your photos.
